Christal is a registered massage theraphist with the completion with over 2500hrs at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. A set goal of mine is to rehabilitate patients dealing with chronic and acute pain, by increasing flexibility, relaxation and overall well-being.

My work is client-centered, and my treatments are created to meet my client’s specific goals. A thorough health history, consultation, and assessment are performed at the first session and sessions throughout in order to figure out how to proceed with a personalized treatment plan.
