#Meet Christal
I’m Christal DeCap who graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. Christal specializes in Deep Therapeutic Hot Stone Therapy and is included with each practice unless a contraindication.
Christal is skilled is a variety of techniques including:

Christal has experience treating individuals who are post-surgical, athletes, those who have repetitive strain/ use injuries, and more.
The table is always nice and warm, with heat packs ready to go and a light warm eucalyptus scent in the air. Theragun, and or cupping may be used during treatment if needed or at client request. All treatments are finished by applying a muscle release lotion or oil with client’s consent.
Outside of practice, Christal can be found enjoying spending time with her family, cooking, running practicing yoga, Pilates and enjoying her love for gardening, and plants.
